Schematic Design - From the initial presentation of an idea as a thumbnail drawing to refined hand drawn renderings and floor plans, we understand the importance of your seeing a design before committing to it. A preliminary estimate is provided.

Construction Documents - These drawings and specifications become the basis for construction. The estimate is updated yet again.

Since the builder is involved in the design process, he is in complete accord with the architect. He understands the construction better than an outside builder could.

We oversee all phases of construction including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, payroll, and interfacing with government agencies.

Estimates are provided all along the way for additions or alterations to the working drawings.
